Olympus Four Thirds Is History! Is Micro Four Thirds Next?

Hey there my Photo Tribe!

I hate having to report bad news but just yesterday we got wind of Olympus discontinuing their Four Thirds line of camera lenses. Effect immediately 20-25 pieces of system specific glass is no longer available for purchase.

The writing has been on the wall for some time. As there has not been a single Four Thirds camera introduced in over 6 1/2 years.

Where do you stand on the subject of Four Thirds and even more importantly the longevity of the MICRO FOUR THIRDS platform?
