Intention: Stroll through a golden-lit citrus grove on a beautiful misty morning and experience delicate aromatic notes of spicy-floral bergamot and citrus as you wake up refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for what the new day may bring.

Ingredients: Organic Earl-Grey Black Tea, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Peppermint Leaf, and other Organic Proprietary Ingredients.

1. Heat a cup (8 fl. oz.) of the purest cold water just prior to boiling
2. Place 2-3 teaspoons (to taste) into a stainless steel infuser or tea bag
3. Place infuser or tea bag into a cup and pour hot water over contents
4. Allow steeping for 3-5 minutes (personal preference)
5. Remove infuser or tea bag, add sweetener to taste, and enjoy
